About lifting chains

Safety is at the core of everything we do. To guarantee the highest quality and safety standards, we have been the exclusive distributor of Gunnebo in Belgium since 1978. We only work with manufacturers who comply with all applicable standards and apply strict quality control processes.

During production, each individual component is tested for factors such as minimum breaking load, bending strength and elongation. This ensures reliable products that meet the most stringent international safety standards.

Single-Leg Chain Sling

A single-leg chain sling is the most straightforward and direct lifting solution. It is ideal for loads with one central lifting point.

Our chain slings are available in Grade 80 and Grade 100, made from high-quality alloy steel and heat-treated for maximum strength.

Grade 80

Back in the 1970s, Grade 80 was the standard for lifting chains. This type of steel offers high strength and reliability and is still widely used in a variety of lifting applications today.

Grade 100

Since the early 2000s, Grade 100 has become the new standard in lifting equipment. Thanks to technological advancements, it offers around 25% higher WLL at the same diameter.

Temperature range

  • Grade 80

    • -40°C to +200°C → no reduction in WLL
    • Above +200°C → can be used with WLL reduction according to the standard
  • Grade 100

    • -40°C to +200°C → no reduction in WLL
    • Above +200°C → not suitable for use

2-Leg Chain Sling

A 2-leg chain sling distributes the load over two chain legs. This provides greater stability and improved control when lifting wider or asymmetrical loads.

Our chain slings are available in Grade 80 and Grade 100, made from high-quality alloy steel and heat-treated for maximum strength.

Capacity calculated at a standard lifting angle of 0°–45°

At larger lifting angles (45°–60°), the WLL must be reduced

4-Leg Chain Sling

For heavy, wide or complex loads, a 4-leg chain sling offers maximum stability. The load is distributed over multiple legs, ensuring optimal balance.
