1. You order your goods
Order via our webshop: when you tick the "SKP Collect" box, your order will be placed ready in the collection container. Your goods will be placed in the "SKP Collect" collection container during our opening hours. If you order before 12 noon, you can collect the stocked (standard) goods the same day.
Orders by phone or mail are always discussed with you and an SKP employee to come to good arrangements.
2. We will prepare your goods
Once we have received your order, we will place your goods in the "SKP Collect" collection container if they are in stock. If your goods are not in stock you will be notified when they can be collected from the collection container. The goods must be collected within the pre-announced time slot.
3. You receive your access code
When your complete order is ready, you will receive an e-mail containing your personal access code and the code of your parcel. With your personal access code you can enter the container and with your package code you can retrieve your order. You must use the access code when entering as well as leaving the container.
4. You collect your goods
Make sure you have your codes to hand and go to the "SKP Collect" collection container (Industriezone Poort West Limburg 2304 Paal, Industrieweg 137, 3583 Beringen). Enter your personal code on the numeric keypad. If you enter the code correctly, the metal gate and sliding door will open (do not put your hands or arms through the metal gate). You then take the order that has been prepared for you. Your access code is valid within a certain time slot. When you enter the container, your code is valid until 10 minutes after your last entry, so feel free to go in and out of the container several times to take your order. Your order will remain in the container for a maximum of 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed.
